Justin Kelter

Justin Kelter has over 16 years of work experience in quality control and assurance roles. Justin currently serves as the Vice President of Quality at Tilley Distribution, starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Quality Assurance at Phoenix Flavors & Fragrances from February 2017 to December 2021. Before that, they worked at Symrise AG as a Quality Control Manager from March 2013 to February 2017, where they managed all quality functions for fragrance manufacturing operations and provided procedural training for ISO 9001 certification. Prior to that, they were the Quality Control Manager at Belmay, Inc from August 2008 to March 2013. Justin began their career at Belmay, Inc. as an Applications Technician, serving from August 2005 to August 2008. Overall, Justin has a strong background in quality assurance and has progressively advanced in their career.
