SherAfgan Mehboob is the current Chief Financial Officer & Head of Corporate Development at Tillman Digital Cities. Prior to this, they worked as a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners from December 2014 to September 2020. SherAfgan was also a Vice President at Deutsche Bank Securities from July 2008 to December 2014. Furthermore, they have also worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from June 2002 to June 2006.

SherAfgan Mehboob has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cornell University - S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management. They also have a BS in Computer Science from William & Mary.
