Donna Marvin

Donna Marvin is a Sr. Site Development Specialist at Tillman Infrastructure, LLC, since April 2022, with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Previously, Donna served as Manager of Engineering and Development at T-Mobile, providing project management support across the northeast region, and as the Manager of the POST On Air Team, where a new regional division was created to manage on-air issues, resolving over 2000 incidents within three years. Earlier roles include Site Development Market Manager for Sprint in the DC and Northern Virginia markets, and Real Estate Project Manager for Ericsson Services Inc., overseeing site development processes in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey. Donna started a career in project management as a Construction Project Manager for Sprint Nextel and has consulted on wireless integration and utility coordination for Smartlink, LLC. Donna earned a B.S. in Business Management/Marketing from Pennsylvania State University.
