Robyn Padrone, PHR

Robyn Padrone, PHR, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tillman Infrastructure, LLC since April 2023 and is a Chief Member since October 2021 at Chief, an organization designed to empower senior women leaders. Robyn's extensive experience includes roles at Wafra from November 2011 to April 2023, where positions included Managing Director, HR Director, and HR Manager. Prior experience encompasses human resources roles at Bed Bath and Beyond, Ann Taylor Inc., and Arthur Rose Associates, along with an HR internship at Lincoln Financial Group. Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Rider University and pursued further education at St. Joseph's University New York.
