Jelena Simic

Jelena Simic has extensive work experience in HR services and administration. Jelena started their career at Stiftung Wbz, Wohn und Bürozentrum für Körperbehinderte in 2002, where they held roles as a Sachbearbeiterin in Human Resources and Accounting until September 2013. In 2013, they joined Tillotts Pharma AG as an HR Specialist and eventually progressed to roles including HR Business Partner, Team Lead HR Services, and currently, Head of HR Services.

Jelena Simic completed their Master's degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained their Eidg. HR-Fachfrau certification in Human Resource Management from the same university from 2012 to 2013. Jelena also received a Personalassistentin Edupool Zertifikat from KV Basel in 2010 and completed their KV-Lehre at Handelsschule KV Liestal from 1999 to 2002.
