Lam Tang Ph.D.

Lam Tang PhD, MBA is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Expert of Strategic Relationships at Tillotts Pharma AG since September 2025. As the Managing Director and Founder of Tanxel GmbH since 2019, Lam has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previous roles include Director of Business Evaluation & Product Strategy at Molecular Partners from April 2021 to March 2025, and Pharmaceutical Business Development Consultant from 2015 to March 2021. Early career positions included Project Leader at Addex Therapeutics (2008-2012) and Senior Scientist/Medicinal Chemist at Xention (2003-2008). Lam holds multiple MBA degrees from the University of Warwick and Mannheim Business School, alongside a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Chemical Biology from Stanford University and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
