Zachary Shell

Zachary Shell has over 20 years of work experience in the homebuilding industry. Zachary started their career at Stonebridge Homes in 2001 as a Purchasing Manager and held this role until 2008. In 2009, they joined Tilson Homes and steadily progressed through various roles, including Senior Purchasing Agent, Purchasing Manager, Director of Vendor Management, and currently serves as the VP of Vendor Management since December 2022. Zachary Shell has extensive expertise in vendor management and purchasing within the homebuilding sector.

Zachary Shell completed their undergraduate education at the University of Houston from 1998 to 2002. Zachary obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, specializing in the field of Construction.
