Elizabeth Rancourt-Smith

Elizabeth Rancourt-Smith serves as the Director of Legal Operations at Tilson, having progressed through roles including Legal Operations Manager, Coordinator, and Support Specialist since October 2018. Notable accomplishments include the implementation of the Ironclad contract management solution and the management of telecom permitting processes. Additionally, Elizabeth holds leadership positions as Co-Chair of the Tools and Technology interest group with the Association of Corporate Counsel and as a Boston region co-ambassador for Legal Ops Uncensored. Outside of legal operations, Elizabeth is a dedicated Dance Instructor at The Moving Company Dance Studio. Elizabeth's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management from Northeastern University, along with previous studies in Marketing at Emerson College and Legal Studies at Purdue Global.
