Carmen Ortiz

Carmen Ortiz has extensive experience in the legal and compliance sectors, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Legal Operations at the Environmental Defense Fund since July 2008. Prior to this role, Carmen held the position of Compliance Manager at the same organization. Between 2005 and 2008, Carmen worked at MetLife as an Executive Associate. Carmen's career began at UBS, where from 1988 to 2005, Carmen progressed to the role of Unit Manager, Assistant Vice President.
