Maria Millard

Maria Millard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy analysis and program management. Currently serving as Broadband Consulting Manager at Tilson since May 2022, Maria previously held the position of Senior Policy Analyst at the Maine Governor's Office of Policy Innovation and the Future, focusing on Workforce Development and Rural Economic Development. Other notable roles include Director of Programs at the American Alpine Club, Policy Director and Analyst at Education Commission of the States, and various positions in the Maine State House. Maria's early career involved facilitating educational programs for migrant students and designing initiatives for veterans. An accomplished academic, Maria earned an M.A. in Policy Organization and Leadership Studies from Stanford University and a B.A. in Sociology from Amherst College.
