Tricia Feyerabend

Tricia Feyerabend is the owner of Feyerabend Properties, LLC, a property management company specializing in short-term rentals since January 2024. Tricia has been a consultant at Tilson Technology Management since September 2021 and previously served as a controller and assistant controller at Utilitra from March 2020 to September 2021. Tricia's experience includes serving as an assistant controller at ARCO Construction Company, Inc. from October 2015 to March 2020, overseeing day-to-day operations for offices in St. Louis and Phoenix. Prior to that, Tricia worked as a plant accountant at American Railcar Industries, Inc. from April 2013 to October 2015, following a promotion from a general accounting role. Tricia started the career as a documentation and statistics specialist at Procter & Gamble in early 2013. Tricia holds an MBA from Missouri Baptist University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Greenville University.
