Dan Boney

Dan Boney is the Co-Founder and Partner of Operations at Tilt 365. Dan has over 13 years of experience with the company and is responsible for the real-time assessment tool that collects feedback from a participant's "Observers" to indicate their character strengths based on 48 traits. Prior to their work at Tilt, Dan was a Broadcast Account Manager at Sony Electronics Inc. where they were responsible for both Direct and Reseller sales activity covering NC, SC, and S.E. VA territory. Dan also worked as a District Account Manager at Panasonic Broadcast & Digital Systems where they managed reseller sales activities for professional video products in NC/SC territory. Dan began their career as a Manager at Lake Boone Camera & Video, a retail camera store. Dan has a total of 18 years of experience in the industry.

Dan Boney attended North Carolina State University from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. Dan also participated in the Clarity Tilt - Quiet Genius program, which is a year-long course that helps students develop leadership and business skills.
