Doug has over 20 years of experience in contextual technology development and has launched Quintesse, an advanced contextual intelligence platform, to meet the demand for pro-privacy targeting solutions. Prior to Quintesse, Doug was the CEO and co-founder of Vibrant Media, a contextual marketing managed service. Doug has also served as an investor and advisor for Bay Area and US startups and growth companies in digital health, leadership & culture, behavior design, and FinTech. Doug has been an advisor for First Growth Venture Network for 10 years and 9 months. Doug was also the CEO and co-founder of Vibrant Media for 11 years and 1 month. Their most recent role was Head of E-Commerce at AOL / CompuServe for 1 year and 9 months.

Doug Stevenson attended The University of Edinburgh from 1984 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Doug later attended Singularity University, and completed a program in Behavior Design at Stanford University.
