Erika Peter is the Chief Learning Officer at Tilt 365. Erika has extensive experience in organizational development and coaching, having worked with a variety of companies to help them transition into the age of digitalization. Erika is a certified Organizational Energy Coach and has led the design of the certification program.

Erika Peter is a psychologin FH who specializes in applied psychology and work & organizational psychology. Erika attended ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences for their undergraduate degree and College for Teacher Education, Rorschach for their primary teaching diploma. In addition to their formal education, Erika Peter has also received certification from Tilt 365 in laser coaching MASTERCLASS, positive influence predictor, true tilt personality profile, and agility practitioner. Erika is also certified from Wholebeing Institute in positive psychology coaching and Prosci in Prosci certified change practitioner. Furthermore, they have certification from frischer wind AG in Lernwerkstatt Grossgruppen - large group facilitation methods and International Coaching Federation in professional certified coach (PCC). Lastly, they are certified from Herrmann in Hermann brain dominance inventory (HBDI) and FranklinCovey in speed of trust.
