John Crichton

John Crichton is currently the CTO at Tilt 365, where they have been for the past 5 years and 1 month. Prior to that, they were the founder and CEO of Innovations in Health, LLC, where they developed an internet-based Chronic Care Management solution which provided individualized health goals and coaching to a population of 15,000 patients using Biometric Health Grade report cards. In 2012, The Advisory Board recognized the FirstStep Population Health Program in its annual innovators issue. John was also the founder and CEO of Medical Data Interchange and the Vice President of Marketing at CBIA. Before that, they worked as a Senior Business Consultant at Aetna for 5 years and 1 month.

John Crichton has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Memphis. John also has a certification from Tilt 365 in Information Technology.
