Mike Rickel is an experienced leader in operations and project management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at TILT since August 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing policies to optimize performance. Previously, Mike held the position of VP Global Operations Sr. Director at BBDO Worldwide, managing global coordination for the Ford account. At VMLY&R, Mike was Vice President and Director of Project Management, focusing on Ford's Model Year Changeover Program. Earlier roles at GTB included Vice President overseeing project coordination and traffic supervision, and Project Manager for the Ford automobile account. Mike began a career in sales at Red Eye Productions, achieving significant sales growth. Mike holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Commercial Photography from the College for Creative Studies.
