Cynthia Lim

Cynthia Lim has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Assistant Controller at TILT Holdings since March 2021. Prior to this role, Cynthia held various positions at First Solar from June 2008 to March 2021, including Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Section Manager of FP&A, Section Manager of Project Controls, Senior Accountant in Project Accounting, and Financial Analyst in FP&A. Earlier in Cynthia's career, an important role was held as a Senior Accounting Officer at Renesas Semiconductor KL Sdn Bhd from August 2003 to May 2008. Cynthia Lim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Hull.
