Clarissa Napierski has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Clarissa is currently the Head of People & Organisation at Hrmony since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at onthewaytoclarity as a Business Trainer, New Work Facilitator & Clarity Coach starting from June 2020. From September 2020 to February 2022, they served as Head of HR at MATE. Additionally, Clarissa worked at T.A. Cook as a People Development Manager from December 2019 to May 2020, where they focused on employee engagement, feedback culture, and leadership development. Clarissa also had a sabbatical in October and November 2019. Before that, they worked at Luko (ex-Coya) between September 2017 and September 2019, where they held roles as a Talent Manager responsible for Learning & Development and also as a Recruiter & Talent Manager. Prior to Luko (ex-Coya), they worked at skytron energy GmbH as a Human Resources Manager / Projects from May to August 2017. Clarissa Napierski's work experience also includes freelance sales promotion, sabbaticals, and an Assistant Trainer role for Team & Leadership Development at SP Training & Consulting from March 2015 to August 2016.
Clarissa Napierski completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology from Friedrich Schiller University Jena from 2013 to 2016. Clarissa then pursued a Certified Business-Trainer for Team and People Development program at SP Training & Consulting in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a degree as Betriebswirtin (VWA) in economics, public, and civil law from VWA Koblenz between 2009 and 2012. In 2009 to 2011, they completed their studies as an Industrial Clerk at Ludwig Erhard Schule Neuwied. Currently, they are enrolled in a Yoga Teacher Training 200hrs program at Yogafürdich Berlin, scheduled from 2022 to 2023. Additionally, Clarissa has obtained various certifications including Non-Violent Communication from NLP-Zentrum in December 2021, Arbeitsrecht Kompakt from IHK Berlin in June 2021, Business Trainer for Team and People Development from SP Training & Consulting in August 2018, and Certified OKR Master from die.agilen GmbH in July 2022.
