Kathy Keating

Kathy Keating is an accomplished technology executive and consultant, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Tilt and Co-Founder of CTO Levels. With extensive experience in fractional and interim CTO roles, Kathy has provided leadership and strategic guidance to various companies, including Wave Financial, Pluto Health, and Orderly Health. As a certified executive coach, Kathy directs the 7CTOs GROWTH Group Coaching Program and offers coaching services to technology leaders. A former member of the Forbes Technology Council, Kathy has a strong background in driving technical strategies at organizations such as Ad Hoc LLC and TextUs. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona.
