Ramona Hasan has a diverse work history beginning in 2007 with a role in Customer Service at GE. Ramona then worked as a Customer Advocate at Wells Fargo, where they focused on improving the online experience for merger conversions. Later, Ramona joined Ally Bank as a Sr. Procurement Analyst. Ramona then joined the Microsoft Licensing Group as a Contract Operations Specialist, working with Engagement Managers to implement new technology for Fortune 500 companies. Ramona also served as the Operations Director at the Muslim American Society of Charlotte, managing all education programs and overseeing a staff of 15. Ramona then worked as an Operations Manager at MD Practice Management Xperts LLC, where they managed operational projects for medical/dental practice management. Ramona's experience in operations continued at Nordstrom, where they worked as an Operations Associate. Ramona then joined Deliverr Inc. as an Operations Support Coordinator, handling requests and support tickets to improve operations and increase customer satisfaction. Most recently, Ramona worked as an Operational Specialist at Sparrow, and they currently hold the position of Leave Success Manager at Tilt.

Ramona Hasan completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology between 1984 and 1988.
