Kelly Guarnier

Kelly Guarnier serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development at TIM Brasil and holds professorships at multiple institutions, including Alumni COPPEAD, Ibmec, and Fundação Dom Cabral. With a robust background in human resources, Kelly has previously held significant roles as Head of HR at Eneva and Senior HR Manager at GSK, where responsibilities included HR management for commercial areas, engagement initiatives, and transformation projects. Prior experience encompasses positions at O-I, Aggreko, Vale, and Lanxess, showcasing expertise in organizational development, performance management, and change management. Kelly is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at COPPEAD UFRJ, alongside a strong educational foundation in psychology and business management.
