Whallas Santos

Whallas Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at TIM Brasil since February 2017, Whallas leads various functions including Operations Efficiency Management (OEM) and the NOC/iSOC Monitoring & Remote Repair, overseeing automation solutions, process governance, and 24x7 network fault management. Previously, Whallas held multiple roles at Algar Tech from June 2008 to February 2017, ranging from Operations Manager to Senior Systems Analyst, where responsibilities included ITIL-based service management and project management using agile methodologies. Whallas holds an MBA in Economics and Business Management from FGV and another MBA in Digital Technologies and Sustainable Innovation from Escola Politécnica da USP, along with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Universidade de Uberaba.
