Melissa Young

Melissa Young, CHRL, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Tim Hortons Foundation Camps since October 2024. Prior to this role, Melissa held several positions at MEDA (Mennonite Economic Development Associates) from February 2010 to September 2024, including Director of Global Talent Management and Engagement, Senior Manager of Human Capital, and Human Capital Generalist. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Ultra Manufacturing (2009-2010), Human Resources Administrator at Curtiss-Wright Corporation (2008-2009), and Manager at Stone Crock Bakery (2006-2008). Melissa completed education at Conestoga College from 2004 to 2007.
