Christa Thorne has over a decade of experience at Tim Hortons, starting as a Team Member in 2002 and progressing to the role of Manager in 2012. In June 2013, Christa transitioned to a managerial position focused on the Voice of Customer, Equipment Support, Master Data, and Rebill, while previously serving as a Senior Analyst in various capacities related to Equipment and Franchise Support. Prior to rejoining Tim Hortons, Christa worked as a Receptionist at Canadian Auto Associates from September 2012 to June 2013. Christa holds a Diploma in Business from Conestoga College, completed between 2011 and 2013.
