Rohan Tellis has extensive experience in operations management, with a focus on the food and catering industry. Currently serving as an Operations Team Member at Tim Hortons since July 2025, Rohan previously held the position of Regional Operations Manager at Kudu Company for Food and Catering, overseeing a portfolio of restaurants in Central and Northern Riyadh. Rohan's earlier roles at Kout Food Group included Operations Manager and Learning & Development Manager, where a talent management strategy was developed for over 4,000 employees, significantly enhancing productivity and satisfaction. Additional experience includes roles in training management, such as leading the Academy team to improve onboarding and implementing training programs for various brands within Kout Food Group.
