Shanta Gurbuxani

Shanta Gurbuxani has a diverse and extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Shanta began their career in 2004 as a Corporate Consultant (Human Resource) at GE Capital. Shanta then worked at GENPACT LLC, starting as an Assistant Manager and later becoming a Manager in the Human Resources department. Shanta then moved on to Aon Hewitt, where they served as a Senior Manager for India Talent Acquisition. After that, they joined Korn Ferry as a Talent Manager for India. Shanta then transitioned to Future Domain Services Pvt. Ltd., where they held the position of Senior Manager in Human Resources. Shanta then pursued a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Shanta later worked as a Human Resources Recruitment Manager at FSS Canada before taking on their current role as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Culture at Thakkar Group Tim Hortons Restaurants.

Shanta Gurbuxani obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Delhi University. Afterwards, they completed a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Most recently, they received the Chartered Professional of Human Resource (CPHR) degree from BC & Yukon. Additionally, they are certified as a CPHR member by CPHR BC & Yukon and is a member of Ten Thousand Coffee.
