Kaela Ballew has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Kaela started their career at Timberland Bank in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative and worked their way up to being a Lead Customer Service Representative. In this role, they received training in branch management and led the team independently when the manager was absent. Kaela then transitioned to the role of Branch Operations Manager, AVP, where they managed branch operations from 2015 to 2019. Following that, they became a Deposit Support Officer, AVP, where they provided support for deposit-related functions until 2022. Currently, Kaela holds the position of District Operations Manager, VP, at Timberland Bank. In 2012, they also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Sterling Savings Bank.
Kaela Ballew obtained their Associate's Degree in General studies from Grays Harbor College, graduating in 2011. Kaela then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University, which they completed in 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kaela also holds several certifications, including Project+ Certification from Computing Technology Industry (obtained in February 2017), Insurance Producer from the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner (obtained in March 2015), and Notary Public from the WA State Department of Licensing (obtained in June 2014).
