Kathy Rasmussen, SPHR is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Timberland Partners. Prior to this, Kathy held the same position at Dominium. Kathy has extensive experience in HR leadership, managing teams and functions such as Compensation and Benefits, Training & Development, and Corporate Administration. Kathy has also worked at HealthFitness as a Human Resources Director, Associated Financial Group as a Talent Acquisition, Training and Development Consultant, and Restaurant Technologies, Inc. as a Director of Human Resources. Kathy has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Metro State University.
