Rusty Clarke has extensive experience in emergency management and fire service, currently serving as Field Operations Manager at Timberline Construction Group, LLC since January 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the technical aspects of deactivation and installation of fire sprinkler systems and monitoring over 100 active sites. As Training and Development Officer with Washington Fire Service since May 2003, Rusty has served as a national instructor for various fire departments in the Pacific Northwest, delivering vital training programs. Additionally, Rusty has contributed to Okanogan County Fire/State Mobilization since May 1995 as a nationally qualified task force leader for wildland fires, participating in some of the region's most significant incidents. Previously, Rusty worked at FEMA from September 2005 to January 2019 as Federal Staging Unit Lead, managing large housing operations and coordinating resources for disaster relief efforts, notably for Hurricane Harvey. Rusty holds a GED from Big Bend Community College, completed in 1996.
