Josh Brandt is a seasoned construction professional with a robust background in project management and operations within the construction industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Regional Operations Manager at Timberline Construction Corporation since September 2022, Josh previously held key roles such as Director of Construction at Crosspoint Associates, Inc. and Project Executive and COO at JM Coull, Inc. Additional experience includes serving as Project Manager at Consigli Construction and Cutler Associates, along with earlier roles at Prism Developers, Pulte Homes, and Nilson & Dupuis. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Josh has consistently overseen projects from conception to completion, managing complex portfolios and ensuring successful collaboration among stakeholders.
