Kevin A. Kozak

Kevin is the leader of Timberline’s in-house design team providing architectural services for the clients. He heads up a team of talented designers who help facilitate the architectural and design side of the design-build projects. The benefits of design-build include streamlined communication between the contractor, designer, engineer, subcontractors and owner for faster project completion, increased collaboration and cost savings.

Kevin has worked for construction firms for 30 years gaining both design-build and project management experience. He brings expertise working with academic, multi-family residential, life science and corporate clients. He thoroughly takes the time to understand each clients needs and objectives to deliver exceptional results. Kevin is a licensed architect in 5 states in throughout the northeast.
