Dax Brathwaite has extensive experience in IT support and technical services, currently serving as a Tech Support Agent at Time Doctor since March 2021. Prior roles include Tech Support Specialist at PROFICIENT BUSINESS SERVICES LIMITED, where responsibilities encompassed remote and on-site support, Active Directory migration, and configuration of various security and POS systems.
