Laura Cáceres

Laura Cáceres has had extensive experience in customer success and account management roles. Laura worked as a Customer Success Lead for the Americas at Time Doctor, where they previously held positions as a Senior Client Success Manager and Client Success Manager. Before that, they were a Customer Success Manager and Account Manager at Wazuh, Inc. Laura also worked as an Account Manager at Booking.com and as a Contracting/Account Manager at Hotelbeds Group. Prior to that, they worked as an English as a Second Language Instructor for teenagers and adults, teaching international exams preparation.
