Fahmi Zainudin has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. Fahmi began their career at Fujitsu as a Service Desk Engineer, providing front-line support for a Fortune 500 F&B company. Fahmi was later promoted to Service Desk Operation Lead, where they managed a team and ensured overall service delivery. Following this role, Fahmi joined Doherty Associates as a Server Support Engineer, supporting IT infrastructure for SME clientele in London. Fahmi then joined ExxonMobil as a Windows Analyst, handling IT Incident Management and Disaster Recovery for multiple countries. After that, Fahmi worked at Huawei as an IT Service Delivery Engineer and later as an IT Team Lead. In their current position at TIME dotCom Berhad, Fahmi is the Head of Cloud TAC.
Fahmi Zainundin earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universiti Tenaga Nasional in 2012. Fahmi also obtained certifications in HCDA from Huawei Technologies and ITIL v3 from Pearson VUE in 2012 and 2011 respectively. Additionally, Fahmi has a certification in CCNA from Cisco, although the specific date of achievement is unknown.
