Finlay Russell

Finlay Russell is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer acquisition and demand generation. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Acquisition at Time Etc since November 2025, Finlay has previously held prominent roles at Tenth Revolution Group, where responsibilities included Demand Generation Manager and Marketing Lead Acquisition Team Leader from July 2019 to August 2025. Prior experience at Frank Recruitment Group spanned from June 2016 to July 2019, culminating in the position of Senior Marketing Executive after progressing from Marketing Trainee. Finlay holds a Professional Diploma in Digital Strategy and Planning from the Digital Marketing Institute, earned in December 2021, and completed the International Baccalaureate at JESS in Dubai between 2011 and 2013.
