Charlotte Holley has extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Charlotte started their career as a Matching Clerk at WHSmith in 2009, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined WHSmith again, this time as a Senior Invoice Processor and stayed there until 2011. Following that, they worked at Shorten Vehicle Solutions as a Business Development Manager/Accounts professional from 2011 to 2013.
In 2013, Charlotte joined Time Finance and held various roles during their tenure. Charlotte started as a Client Services Executive and worked in that role until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they served as an Assistant Client Manager, and then was promoted to Client Services Manager from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they took on the position of Senior Client Services Manager for a year before being promoted to Relationship Manager, a role they held until 2023. At that point, they transitioned to the position of Operations Manager, where they currently work.
Charlotte Holley earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors degree in Dance and Education from Bath Spa University. Charlotte attended the university from 2006 to 2009.
