Luky Septyan has a diverse work experience in the field of IT systems and network support. Luky started in 2011 as an IT Support Technician at Berita Satu Media Holdings, where they were responsible for maintaining and monitoring LAN office, as well as troubleshooting server applications and hardware. In 2012, they joined PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk as an IT Field Support, handling LAN maintenance, IP phone configuration, and setting up banking applications. In 2013, Luky moved to PT. Bima Palma Group as an IT System and Network Technician, where they maintained and monitored LAN office, set up routers and Cisco switches. Their most recent experience is at Time International, starting in 2015 as an IT System and Network Technician. In this role, Luky installed and maintained servers and virtual machines, and performed Cisco switch configurations.
Luky Septyan completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universitas Indraprasta PGRI (UNINDRA) from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Information Technology from Universitas Gunadarma from 2007 to 2011. Luky also earned several additional certifications during their education, including a 3rd place Network Building certificate in "Pekan Diploma" from Gunadarma University in July 2010, a Web Security certificate from Gunadarma University in April 2010, a Building an Intranet By Windows certificate from Gunadarma University in May 2009, and a TroubleShoot Computer certificate from Gunadarma University in June 2008.
