Samuel Budianto, MCSA, ITIL, is an experienced information technology professional with a robust background in managing IT operations and teams across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Time International since April 2024, Samuel previously held similar leadership roles at Orang Tua Group and PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE). With expertise in overseeing technical support teams, managing IT operations, and ensuring application performance, Samuel has consistently driven operational efficiency and problem resolution throughout a career beginning with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Bina Nusantara University. Previous positions include IT Manager at PT. Sri Ratu, where responsibilities encompassed database management and vendor relations, and roles in software development, exemplifying a diverse and dynamic skill set in the IT field.
