Patrick Cheng

Professor Patrick Cheng conducted pioneering research work in MOS technology from the late ‘60s to ‘80s in Canada and HK and the Academician, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He was also the former President of the City University of Hong Kong and former VC at The University of Hong Kong. He is the Honorary Professor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, City University of Hong Kong, South China University of Science and Technology.
