Maija Castro

Maija Castro is a skilled therapist with extensive experience in mental health and wellness. Currently employed at TIME Organization, Inc. since November 2019, Maija has previously served as a Mental Health Practitioner Intern at HealthStar Home Health and a Mental Health Social Work Intern at Touchstone Mental Health. Maija began the journey in health and wellness as a Wellness Assistant at Benedictine Health System and an intern at Ambiente Gallerie. Maija's professional background also includes administrative support as an Archiver and Secretary at Ezrine, Castro, & Stavisky P.A. Academically, Maija earned a Master of Social Work from the University of St. Thomas, a Master of Arts in Holistic Health from St. Catherine University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Religion from the University of Vermont.
