Joost de Bruijn is an experienced IT consultant and DevOps engineer currently working at ROUR and Time-Team, respectively, since 2023 and 2019. Prior experience includes a role as an ICT consultant and functional administrator at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam for over a decade, managing the VUnet student and employee portal. Joost also has a background in UX design with R.S.V.U. Okeanos, where financial administration duties were undertaken. Additional roles include organizing and supporting TEDx events in Ede, lifeguarding, and training young swimmers. Joost holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from VU Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same institution.

Grown from a voluntary committee we are now offering regatta management software & services to all Dutch national classifying regattas and a growing number of international regattas. For the Dutch National Rowing Federation we are developing the Dutch national signup & results system containing all Dutch rowing regattas.
