Clay Rasmussen

Clay Rasmussen is an experienced Product Leader currently serving as the Senior Product Manager at TCP Software, where they lead the strategic vision for various scheduling applications and implement agile methodologies. From 2020 to 2024, Clay held the position of Director of Product Management at UKG, focusing on product strategy and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to that, Clay worked at Kronos Incorporated in multiple roles, including Director of Product Management, where they enhanced product lifecycle management and drove revenue growth. Additionally, Clay has served as an Adjunct Professor at Tarleton State University since 2002, teaching courses in Marketing and Business Administration, while pursuing an MBA in Marketing.
