Lauren Swindall, MPH

Lauren Swindall, MPH has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Lauren currently works at TimeDoc Health as a Client Success Manager, a role they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at TimeDoc Health as a Client Success Associate from January 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining TimeDoc Health, Lauren worked at TargetCare as a Client Services Manager from March 2017 to December 2020. TargetCare is a wellness partner that provides personal guidance and expert support to improve employees' health.

Lauren's earlier experience includes working as a Health and Wellness Coordinator at YMCA of Greater Charlotte from October 2014 to February 2017.

Through their roles at TargetCare and YMCA, Lauren has developed a strong background in client services, health and wellness coordination, and fostering a positive impact on individuals' well-being.

Lauren Swindall, MPH, obtained a Master's degree in Public Health (M.P.H.) with a specialization in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from The George Washington University. Lauren attended this institution from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Health Promotion from Virginia Tech, attending from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they earned a certification as a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer - Health Fitness Instructor (CPFT-) from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in October 2011.
