Nico P. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They began their career at Procter & Gamble, where they worked as a Machine Operator and later as a Mechatroniker. In these roles, they gained experience in operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.

In their most recent role at Timeless Investments as a Customer Experience Manager and Customer Support Lead, Nico built and led a customer service team, fostering a customer-focused culture. They collaborated across the organization to drive positive outcomes, achieved high customer satisfaction, and implemented tools to improve communication and collaboration.
