Lusine Vardanyan

Lusine Vardanyan possesses extensive experience in human resources and legal services, currently serving as the Group Chief HR Officer and Head of the HRM Department at TIMELESS LLC since November 2017. Prior to this role, Lusine held various HR-related positions, including Training and Development Coordinator and Acting Head of HRM Department. Lusine's background also includes significant leadership experience as the Executive Director of YMCA Yerevan from September 2009 to June 2019, where responsibilities encompassed policy development, project management, and strategic planning. Additionally, Lusine worked as a Corporate Trainer at Rosgosstrakh Armenia, an Associate at Prudence CJSC law firm, and a Leading Specialist in the Legal Department of Areximbank-Gazprombank Group. Lusine's educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Civil Procedure and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Russian-Armenian University.
