Jason Butler

Jason Butler is the non-executive director at Timeline. Prior to this, they worked as the lead resource deployment manager at Verizon from February 2020 to May 2022. In this role, they managed 600+ resources for $2BN annual deployment revenue and was responsible for total ownership of workforce planning, utilization tracking, project staffing, margin adherence, headcount allocation & dashboard/KPI creation. Jason also drove resource staffing of Vz Security Tower by ensuring correct mix of workforce skills and adherence to SOW requirements to maximize profitability.

Jason has a 7-person RDM team responsible for assignments and staffing of concurrent projects. Jason provides training and guidance to ensure corporate guidelines are followed and also supports delivery teams as needed to ensure accurate pipeline data for forward looking projections of staffing needs. Jason is also the main contact for Security tower’s TPV and is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and reporting with company standards. Jason meets with auditors to ensure fair pricing, bidding, onboarding, and governance.

Jason Butler has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mercer University in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Jason also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science and Government from Troy University. Additionally, they have certification in Management Development Course from the Community College of the Air Force and certification as a Resource Management Certified Professional from the Resource Management Institute. Finally, Jason Butler is also a Certified SCRUM Master in Agile Project Management from SCRUM Study.
