Anil Kumar

Anil Kumar is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Stealth since November 2024. Previously, Anil held the role of Senior Software Engineer at Rippling from February 2022 to November 2024, where notable contributions included reworking supergroups for employee management under high query complexity and data volume. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate and Analyst at Goldman Sachs from January 2020 to February 2022, focusing on building a new payments platform for retail transactions using Zeebe for component decoupling and improved incident management. Anil also worked at PayU as a Software Developer from June 2018 to January 2020, migrating refund processes to a Scala-play microservice that significantly reduced turnaround times. Anil's career began with a summer internship at Samsung Electronics in 2016, and Anil holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, obtained in 2018.
