Mary Mauck started their work experience as an Intensive In-home Specialist at Intensive Supervision & Counseling Services, LLC in August 2018. In this role, they provided intensive in-home counseling and case management to youths and their families. Mary also worked on developing coping, problem-solving, and communication skills with clients. Mary ended their tenure in August 2019.
Following this, Mary worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer at the Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice from April 2013 to December 2019.

Mary Mauck has a strong educational background with degrees in both social work and criminal justice.
