Bruno Micaela

Bruno Micaela is an experienced software engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering at Neon since May 2022, where responsibilities include leading five squads focused on PIX services, payments, accounts, investments, and insurance, as well as ensuring timely project delivery with high-quality standards. Previously, Bruno held various managerial roles at Banestes from July 2014 to March 2022, including Software Development Manager for PIX and Open Banking, where duties encompassed project management, architecture approval, and lifecycle management. Additional experience includes serving as System Development Manager for electronic channels and working as an Analyst and Project Coordinator at CONEXOS Consultoria e Sistemas Ltda. Academically, Bruno holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo and a specialization in Agile Software Engineering from IGTI.
