Gislene Santos de Oliveira has extensive experience in fraud prevention and project management within the financial sector. Currently serving as Gerente de Prevenção à Fraudes at Neon since November 2020, Gislene oversees fraud prevention strategies and risk analysis. Previously held the position of Coordenador de Projetos de Prevenção à Fraudes e Chargebacks at Cielo from June 2005 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of 119 concurrent projects focused on operational improvements and adherence to regulatory standards. Gislene’s career began at Banco Nacional SA as an Auxiliar Administrativo and later included a role as Analista/Coordenador de Operações at EDS, emphasizing chargeback processes and financial loss reduction. Gislene holds degrees in Gestão Empresarial with an emphasis in Technology of Innovation from ESPM and Ciências Contábeis from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
